Brother, Sister Find Success in Real Estate Business with Weichert
The brother/sister real estate team of Scott Setaro, 47, and Tracey Setaro Skopp, 49, can tell you the best place to get a deli sandwich, a top-notch meal or good hair cut in any community on Staten Island.
Skopp has been working in real estate offices since she was 16 years old. And Setaro was a licensed Realtor straight out of school, but spent a good part of 15 years in the mortgage industry before joining the real estate business.
“We grew up on Staten Island, and have a hometown appreciation for where we live and the lifestyle of Staten Island….That firsthand knowledge of the neighborhood rings true to everybody,” said Setaro, who was both the 2018 and 2019 president of the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR).
“It’s not just about the four walls you buy. With real estate today, I think people want more of the steak than the sizzle,” he added.
