In true celebrity style, Justin Bieber has decided to try and sell his Beverly Hills mansion in his own “I don’t care” way, by showcasing pictures of his prestigious property on social media.
Posting over a dozen pictures and videos showing off his lavish 6,123 square foot pad, which he allegedly bought for $8.5 million just a few months ago, Justin revealed the innermost secrets of the property he shares with his wife Hailey and was quoted as saying ‘Home vibes, but I wanna sell it I think anyone interested?. He then continued with ‘I think I wanna sell my home in Beverly Hills who wants it,’ and ‘I’ll sell it with all the furniture . MAKE AN OFFER.’ Many of the photographs taken are off center, or include the stars legs and feet, but when you are a musical superstar, the quality of the shots doesn’t really matter too much!
The luxurious home comprises five-bedrooms, seven-bathrooms and boasts a wet-bar, a wine cellar and even a home theater! In one photo, Justin can be seen sprawled on his giant grey sofa with his two cats and a large I LOVE YOU print hanging alongside. The property is extremely spacious and airy, with light wood and steel appearing regularly throughout the rooms. The ceilings are lit with spotlights to add height and the open plan theme allows each room to effortlessly flow into another.
In another photo, Justin is seen sitting on the wooden staircase alongside a tropical themed feature wall complete with a neon ‘The Tropics’ sign. This reference may come from the fact that prior to Justin buying the house, it was posted by broker Hilton & Hyland with the nickname ‘The Tropics’.
Anyone wanting to purchase the plush pad with all its contents may want to consider the artwork; there are giant sized pictures of the couple in very public displays of affection adorned on several walls, including in their quirky zen seating area which comes complete with fluffy white rugs, candles, yellow flower arrangements and a cute swinging chair.
Gaming fans would be particularly taken with Justin’s outstanding arcade game collection and the colourful snowboards that adorn the staircase provide yet another insight into the passions of the popstar. And In a nod to his clothing brand, Drew House, Justin has a painting of the logo on display, as well as a collection of KAWS plush toys, designed by Brian Donnelly.
Further attributes include white oak floors, a marble-framed fireplace and a wood-paneled library. A sunken living room adds a unique appeal as does their Art-Deco themed bar and temperature-controlled wine cellar. There’s even a splash of banana print wallpaper which again lends to their youthful and playful nature.
All joking aside, it might appear that Justin could have stumbled upon a potential new career in real estate should his musical career start heading southwards. His social media posts according to TMZ, have reportedly attracted at least 5 serious offers, including a billionaire from a very famous family who is keen to become the property’s new owner.
Justin is not alone in his decision to buy and sell quickly; celebrities are known for owning numerous properties and it is unclear what exactly prompted Justin’s decision to try and sell his property so soon. Some have speculated that it could be time to set up a new family home with Hailey, having recently returned from their star-studded second wedding ceremony in South Carolina. Although they are believed to have married for the first time in 2018, this was their opportunity to celebrate in style with their family and friends.
Despite their whirlwind engagement and marriage, Justin and Hailey have actually known each other for over 10 years, having first been introduced by Hailey’s actor father Stephen Baldwin. They have been suspected of dating on and off over the years in between other relationships, which included Justin dating Selena Gomez several times. However, both parties continued to deny reports of a relationship and maintained that they were just good friends. It wasn’t until 2016 that it was confirmed that they were dating, but they still maintained they were not an exclusive couple. Later that year the couple broke up and resumed dating other people. It was not until 2018 that they officially became a couple, with their engagement and marriage following a few months later.
Where Justin and Hailey may move onto next is anyone’s guess, although sources have suggested they are still looking to remain in the LA area. Clearly, their long history means they both know each other incredibly well and will be eagerly searching for their dream home together. Wherever they choose to settle, judging by these photographs, it is sure to be just as impressive!
