The sustainable clothing company Prana wants to pay you $100,000 to quit your day job and pursue your dreams.
Prana says the $100,000 will help jumpstart your career, get your dreams off the ground and also help spread the company’s ”clothing for positive change” philosophy, which involves sustainably transforming the way fashion is made. “By asking the question, ‘How can Prana help you affect positive change in your life’, we are giving our audience a means to share their stories about what positive change looks like for them,” says Jeff Haack, VP of global marketing.
To apply, applicants must submit a one- to three-minute video that showcases both their current occupation and their dream job. Prana says: “The more inspirational and original the story the better.”
Submissions for Prana’s dream job will be reviewed by a panel that will select a finalist based on ”passion, boldness and originality.” The winner will receive a $100,000 prize distributed in quarterly payments of $25,000 each. And during their year-long gig, the winner will produce a series of videos that shows how they’re working toward their dream.
